Bridge Builders can count on a strong network of friends and partners. This allows us to stay at the forefront of developments in the decentral and pro-poor carbon realm, tap the right resources and find the best solutions for each project. Our network includes the following organizations:

  • Fair Climate Fund (FCF) is a social entrepreneurship that sets up climate projects in poor countries with poor families and trades CO2 rights from these projects at a fair price.
  • Fair Climate Network (FCN) is a network of development workers, climate change activists, environmentalists, scientists and other professionals from India and abroad. It represents 28 Grassroots NGOs who work with the rural poor, and 20 support organisations.
  • ICCO is a Dutch inter church organisation for development cooperation, active in 53 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe.
  • Ecofys is one of the largest European consultancy firms in sustainable energy and climate policy.
  • Renewables Academy AG (RENAC) is one of the leading international providers of education and training in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency.
  • Bread for the World – Protestant Development Service is the globally active development and relief agency of the Protestant Churches in Germany.
  • KfW – Carbon Fund is KfW’s procurement platform for project-based carbon credits issued under the flexible mechanisms of the Kyoto Protocol. KfW is the bank of the German government and one of the world’s leading and most experienced promotional banks.
  • APEMEC is the not-for-profit association of Chilean small hydropower producers.
  • Mali Biocarburant SA (MBSA) is a private company with small farmers as shareholders who produce biofuel in a way that supplements farmers incomes and contributes to poverty alleviation.
